Payment Terms

Payment Terms Payment in full is due upon receipt. Salt Therapy Home, LLC accepts all major credit cards. Funds should be directed into our designated account. By submitting payment, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  

Warranty Policy  

Warranty coverage is provided subject to the proper use, operation, and maintenance of the equipment in accordance with the accompanying manuals. Warranty periods commence upon delivery of the product to the Customer.

Salt FX Aero: • 5-year warranty covering defects in materials, manufacture, and components.
Salt FX Aero and Pop Up Booth Bundle: • Salt FX Aero – 5-year warranty. • Pop Up Booth – 1-year warranty.
AeroSalt Booth: • Booth – 2-year warranty. • Salt FX Aero – 5-year warranty. Aero Sauna Booth: • 2-year warranty.
Nano Salt: • 5-year warranty on the machine. NanoSalt and Pop Up Booth Bundle: • Nano Salt machine – 5-year warranty. • Pop Up Booth – 1-year warranty.

These warranties are provided solely by Salt Therapy Home, LLC, its agents, or designated service providers, and are in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover modifications, improper installation, negligence, abnormal usage, or damage caused by natural events such as fire, flood, or lightning.

For warranty claims, the Customer must notify Salt Therapy Home, LLC by telephone or email immediately upon discovering a defect and follow up with written notice within 48 hours. When inspection is necessary, Salt Therapy Home, LLC may inspect the product on-site or require that the product be returned (freight prepaid). Replacement parts provided under warranty must be returned in their original packaging along with the appropriate Return Authorization form. 

 Warranty & Limitation of Liability:  

Salt Therapy Home, LLC’s warranty and limitation of liability are strictly limited to the amount paid for the product. Our obligation is to provide a functioning machine or, if the product fails to operate as warranted, to refund the purchase price. Under no circumstances will Salt Therapy Home, LLC be liable for any additional losses, including damages, lost business, or any consequential losses. 

Return Policy 

All products purchased from Salt Therapy Home, LLC are considered final sale unless expressly noted below. The following items qualify for our 30-day, no questions asked return policy:

Salt FX Aero
Salt FX Aero and Pop-Up Booth Bundle (both components)
Nano Salt Nano
Salt and Pop Up Booth Bundle

To initiate a return for any of the qualifying products, please contact our Customer Success Team within 30 days of the shipment date. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition with all accessories and packaging intact. Once received, the product will be inspected, and if it meets the required conditions, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. All other products—including the AeroSalt Booth and Aero Sauna Booth—are sold as final sale items and are not eligible for returns or cancellations, except in cases of manufacturing defects as provided under our Warranty Policy. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.  

Claim Information  

Salt Therapy Home, LLC exercises reasonable care in selecting third-party service providers. However, any recommendation of a third party does not constitute a warranty that their services will meet Customer expectations. Salt Therapy Home, LLC is not liable for delays or losses occurring while a shipment is under the control of a third party. Claims related to such delays must be directed to the third party, although we will cooperate as reasonably possible.

Inspection of Goods  

Upon delivery, the Customer must promptly inspect the products. Any defects or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to notify Salt Therapy Home, LLC within this period shall be deemed acceptance of the products, thereby waiving any warranty claims. If shipment delays are due to the Customer, any resulting storage or additional costs must be reimbursed to Salt Therapy Home, LLC.   

 Governing Law and Jurisdiction  

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions—including their existence, validity, or termination—shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, USA. The parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to venue.
